Perfect Balance combines current, qualified instruction with the added benefits of stretching and flexibility training, for everyone from professional athletes to rehabilitative training. We offer cutting edge flexibility treatments, new and current STOTT® Pilates equipment training, pilates based physiotherapy sessions as well as strength conditioning. Clients can join group classes or have the freedom to set their own schedule by booking duet and private sessions. Classes, whether private sessions or group classes include the use of small equipment that will test your strength, stability and more!! This not only increases the challenge of your workout but also allows modifications for postural challenges.
